Had a really good experience shopping at Dreams, I took two trips to the store located in Speke, Liverpool. The first visit it was easy to find what I was looking for, having sore an bed online, and easy to look round the shop. The price breakdown was much easier to understand than other stores. The Dreams colleague, James, was super helpful answering all my questions in detail. After a week of searching other stores, I found the quality of Dreams to be better, we returned for a second time, in which, James remember who we were and what we were looking for. With a concern over price, he was able to direct us to a bed within budget. Once we had picked a bed, he was again super helpful talking us through the process of delivery and bed protection details.

The two gentlemen who were dealing with my questions were very helpful,kind and caring,I’m 79 years old and couldn’t make up my mind,they made me a coffee while I was waiting for my daughter to arrive.They then went through everything again with her and were so patient.I would highly recommend your Speke store.

The store was absolutely clean, James was very attentive and understood our requirements and provided excellent recommendations. We tested a number of mattresses and pillows following the strict cleanliness procedures and Covid conformance. We were never rushed and were offered drinks. A very pleasant experience.
