The store assistant James was excellent. Incredibly helpful, great product knowledge. He was invaluable throughout the entire process of trying out the different mattresses and choosing which one was best for our needs.

I have forgotten name of the man who helped my mother. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided a protected cover on the pillow and explained the safety and cleaning process in the shop. My mum is very happy with her new mattress being delivered on Thursday. We hope it proves to be as it was in he shop
