James the sales guy was very helpful, i made him aware it was my mother in laws first trip out after lockdown and he was very attentive to her needs, explaing about the sanitised beds etc. He also explained alot about mt purchase and how the "cool" works

The lady who served me was most helpful and knew her job. At no time did I feel rushed or under pressure. Social distancing was not a problem and I was pleased by the availability of the product.
