The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were given plenty of time to make our choice and not rushed. We were not pressurised and were allowed time and space to make our decision. The arrangements for social distancing were good and made us feel safe.

I had had a bad experience at Benson’s for beds and was wary of buying again but the man in the Speke shop made me feel at ease and really made the experience a lot better

James the sales guy was very helpful, i made him aware it was my mother in laws first trip out after lockdown and he was very attentive to her needs, explaing about the sanitised beds etc. He also explained alot about mt purchase and how the "cool" works
