I was the only customer in store & Alex approach me as soon as I walked through the door asking if he could help. I was left to look around the store looking at different beds and him observing if I need help. Sleep match was done, drink offer & demonstration of the bed that I chose was shown.

Recently, my boyfriend bought a mattress from Dreams in Wembley and was assisted by Alex, who was extremely helpful and supportive as well as friendly and easy to get along with. I had ordered a mattress from another company which was taking a long time to arrive, but after my boyfriend's experience, decided to cancel this and pop into Dreams Wembley. Alex also supported me - he remembered me from before and asked after my boyfriend. He offered me a drink of water, and generally was very welcoming. He suggested we used sleep match - which was fun, and also useful as it confirmed that my choice of mattress was appropriate. He helped me to find exactly what I wanted and did not try to push me into buying other items (although he did let me know what other products and deals were available). Great customer service and a lovely mattress which will be with me rapidly.

Chris at Wembley store was very prompt to attend and very considerate when I explained my predicament. He was able to suggest the product available for quick delivery and also provide personal assurance to request early delivery if possible. Regards, Punit

Alex was super friendly at your Wembley Store. While we discussed which mattress we should go for he did play with our little daughter. To find the best mattress was super quick and easy. Thank you Alex!

Alex (Wembley Branch) was an amazing help!! Aside from being very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helping me choose what would suit me well, he was lovely to talk to with a very bubbly personality. Definitely coming back to buy a super king mattress once we can!
