The store manager Jack was really helpful and kind. He offered us water and used the dreams sleep tester to find the right mattress to use. He offered us extras to go with the new mattress ordered. He was really professional, looked after us for as long as the purchase was finalized. Highly recommend this store due to the level of respect and professionalism provided by Jack. Jack is an intelligent and highly knowledgeable person. He helped us with the right products and also enlighten us with the right knowledge for each product and why they are different. He helped us narrow down our needs and offered us a really customised product suited to our needs

Incredible attention to details of all team....I went to dreams in Watford and left not knowing any better.....team there not really helpful....quite pleasant but let me look around....a bit abrupt with answers...when I entered Dreams in Wembley, I was taken through every stage...encouraged to try the bed computer for the perfect mattress, made to feel like a VIP, offered water unlike watford and felt the team were generally attentive and listened to me, not try and make me buy anything over budget. A perfect customer experience from someone who runs restaurants and knows hospitality

I was treated very well by your colleague Annaleese, and she took interest in what I was looking for, to which she advised accordingly. Very amiable and capable young lady.

The staff member Alex understood what I was looking for in a bed for my son as he had problems with his back. Alex was very patient and recommended a number of beds that would ease the problems.
