We were attended to by the branch manager. He was very accommodating to my husband and myself. We thoroughly had a great experience with great customer service.

Alex was very friendly and helpful and offered advice as to which slat to purchase on the bed frame. We had to settle for the grey double bed instead of the Pearl, that was the only slight issue but not a problem.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

When I walked to the store I was greeted by all three friendly staff who worked there. The assistant who was helping us offered water bottles to all of us, which was a kind gesture of him. Our questions about the product was all answered. While my mum was paying for the item other members of staff were in conversation with us and made us feel very welcomed into the store and they had great sense of humour.

Help was quickly given to me, we found in no time based on the problems I had with my old mattress the mattress that should fulfill my needs. Stuff very friendly and easy to to talk to about any concerns.

Danish was fantastic. He’s only been working for 4 weeks but felt like 40 years with his knowledge!

I like the products, the organization of the shop and specially the service we got. The member of staff, that assist us, was very polite and he knew exactly what to show us according to our needs.

Jack was brilliant and remembered me from my previous visit a few weeks back. Was friendly and knew the knowledge of bed. He was also disappointed like i was that an item i really wanted wasn't discontinued but he couldn't place the order.

The costumer service was overwhelmed, I was really pleased with how things were explained to me about the product.
