We were immediately greeted and assisted with our shopping. She showed us the machine that suggests which matress would be best and then showed us those mattresses and when we had chosen the matress, showed us the bases they worked with. He then talked us through the ordering process and suggested the additional warranties, fully explained them and shared the special offers they included. Unfortunately, some items were not in store so he has arranged delivery for those items. Arranging delivery for the bed was easy and with a shorter lead time than I thought it would be. The whole process was very easy and we were assisted brilliantly the whole way through.

No pressure sell. They offered to use sleep match to help us find the right bed, which we did. Sales assistant Chris very polite, approachable, knowledge and friendly.

We had been before as my partner had bought a bed, tempur mattress and ottoman 6 months ago and the experience then was a great one. When we arrived all of the staff were busy with other customers so we waited for the bed where it takes your readings. Within 5 minutes a young man came over and helped set the screen up for the bed. Once the readings had been processed a man called Bob came to assist us and showed us around all of the different mattresses that were suitable for my needs, he talked us through each one and quickly detected that I preferred a softer mattress. I went with an open mind but was highly impressed on my last visit with the Tempur mattress but I was nearly swayed to another make but once I spoke with Bob, I knew the Tempur mattress was the best option. We then went to sit down to go through the credit agreement. We were offered drinks and Bob took me through the agreement in no time at all. Before I knew it, I had bought the mattress with Tempur pillows and given free delivery. The service received was superb. Delivery is super quick. with the removal of my old mattress so no worries with disposal afterwards. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Bob.

Great service and friendly staff, made us feel welcome and our children too

We were highly satisfied with the customer service we received from Chris at the Warrington store. When we originally found what we wanted instore we were dis-heartened to find out the bed was out of stock and they did not know when it would be back available. Chris then took our details and told us he would phone as soon as it was available. Within a few weeks Chris was on the phone to let us know our item was available. We returned to store again to speak with Chris and the customer service we again received was outstanding. He went through everything from pillow comfort to mattress protectors and we didn`t once feel like we had to buy something, he was there to help us with our requirements in every way possible. The only problem was we couldn`t take the bed home that day :) So thank you to Chris at the Warrington store.. we can't wait for our items to arrive :)

Friendly, helpful staff who were not pushy in selling. Couldn't have been more helpful.

The store was very clean and well set out. Every precaution was taken to make us feel safe, given the current covid pandemic. The member of Staff, Dee was really helpful, friendly, informative and explaine the full range of options without being over-confusing. She gave us time and space to browse around and discuss between ourselves but was on-hand if we needed anything. The quality of all the goods are exceptional and the price range is fait for good quality products. Delivery time is really good but we were given a choice of dates which was helpful. The order, delivery and assembly explained very clearly by Dee. The whole experience fantastic - hope the goods are just as good. A big thanks to Dee for her time, patience and kindness.

I was given advice when needed but left to bowse

From the moment we walked through the door we were looked after. My hubby forgot his mask a kind team member provided one, we had a cup of tea, we got a very short delivery date. The whole experience was painless. We would highly recommend Dreams to all our friends and family.
