Knowledgeable and quick

Richard was very helpful and friendly. He did not rush us whilst we were being indecisive. He showed us beds at the lower price bracket and the higher and didn’t push/ sell more toward the pricier mattress ( although that’s the one we went for in the end anyway).

We were assisted in store by Chris who fully understood what we were looking for he was extremely knowledgeable, advised and did not pressurise us in purchasing the product ,he took time to explain what would be suitable and was very helpful.

From start to finish from entering the store the sales team where very helpful and knowledgeable.
