Great customer service

We were helped by Richard who explained clearly and didn’t mind going over points with us. No pressure was placed on us which helped us make a decision. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Christopher was kind he took his time with me as I'm disabled he offered me a scan on the bed he kept his ppe on at all times and helped me on and off the bed which he didn't need to do he was kind to offer most people wouldn't, he gave us drinks and a full tour of all my options so I could choose the correct orthopaedic bed for my my spine leg and hip problems he also helped me out to the car with my pillow no and and bed covers because I walk with a stick I wasn't actually going to order my bed today I was only coming in to view them but Christopher was such a good salesperson and decided to buy the bed there and then from him I was only coming in to do a recon mission but I didn't want to come back in another time and give the sale to someone else when Christopher had done such a good job taking care of me and he really helped me analyse and understand and everything that had been suggested for me me with the scan he was extremely kind and courteous and so good I decided to buy the bed from him then there and then.
