The service at Dreams was extremely welcoming especially by Usman, he offered water and had good knowledge of all products. He had catered to our needs and made sure that we left the store satisfied. He’s a real asset to Dreams Wimbledon!

Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. We were put on the sleep match machine and allowed to explore and try out all of the options we matched with. We left with a brand new mattress and two very comfortable pillows. The 0% finance option is very good.

On entering the store we were warmly greeted and made to feel very relaxed by Mahomed. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly and even had our children laughing, which was great as the last place they wanted to be on a Saturday was bed shopping :-) They have even asked when we are going back so they can choose there beds! I am super excited to receive our mattress and was overly impressed that delivery would be within 48hrs of ordering - very happy all round!!
