I visited the store in person. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted in a friendly manner. Carl listened to what my requirements were. He suggested a couple of options and suggested I try the electronic test bed to assist in match up.

Dreams was the first shop we visited on our hunt for a mattress and Ottoman bed, but after the customer service and knowledge of the team we were sold straight away. We were shown all options of beds available in store and also got to take the mattress test to find the mattress best suited for us. We explained our price range and various options were shown to us making our decision very quick and easy. We felt comfortable with the level of social distancing and following government guidelines too. Overall a great experience, we will definitely be going back to Dreams in the future and recommending to family and friends!

Extremely helpful, efficient and friendly service Fromm the moment I walked in the door. We were also offered the option to park in their car park which was much appreciated.

The assistant was amazing, very helpful and informative as to try and resolve my initial problem. I ended purchasing a sale item ( topper) to resolve my problem as this was better than buying an oversize mattress. The assistant also treated me to try a new mattress as Ian hoping to purchase soon and the store’s technology of finding the best mattress was truly revolutionary. Great assistant and service.
