We were welcomed by Mahomed who was wonderful and very patient with my elderly mother for who the purchase was for.He had a lovely manner and a great sense of humour and whilst finalising the purchase,even offered us a tea or coffee which was so kind and not something I’ve ever experienced before anywhere.very impressive.

The chap who felt with me was very friendly. He explained the differences in prices, and showed me which headboards I could choose from. The computers were on a slow as the store was stocktaking. But it did not delay me really. I was given water, and offered a cup of tea while the paperwork was being done. All the staff apologised for my wait bit as I was in no hurry it really didn’t matter, and I was glad to sit down!

Thank you to Mohamed-Fardeen for his friendly assistance, advice and time that he took to make sure I was happy with the mattress and base I purchased. He also went the extra mile to show me the various options I had available for purchasing, special deals and helped me change my delivery date twice (sorry about that)! He is an asset to your company.

Very friendly, very patient, genuine smiles. Offered a tea which was exceptional and did not obey the laws of physics.

Because the branch is close to my house and the the manager wich I don't remember his name so sorry for that,and his assistant Usman from Wimbledon branch where really helpful and patient with me in order to find the perfect mattress which will suit my needs, also I'll highly recommend Dreams to my friend and family in the future, thank you, Denci Pereyra

Store attendant was very helpful both in store and following up when mattress I required was in store offering tea and coffee while waiting above and beyond

Mohamed was lovely and really helped me make the right choice in terms of mattress and bed frame

Staff had good knowledge, came with helpful suggestions and focused on finding the right solution for us without trying to sell something we did not need or want.

This is not my first visit so every time the people are very friendly and helpful
