It was fab to actually see the products in person I had a terrible time at devan bed warehouse had to return my items ,I waited quite a while for dreams to open in the pandemic and was really happy straight away good job 👍

Upon arriving at the store one of the customer service representatives came immediately to ask if we needed any help. They guided us to the beds we were interested in and explained fully the information about each bed's suitability. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and did not rush us into anything but let us browse and they were ready to answer any questions we had. We were even offered a lovely cup of coffee whilst the transaction for our purchase was being dealt with.

I was helped with the door in as I am disabled and was on in my wheelchair so that was nice I was offered a cup of coffee or tea I had said want I needed in the way of a bed (ie electric with the head and feet going up and down and that I need to have a plate not slabs as they stick in my back they knew which bed I needed I had a look at it it was perfect we then got down to the price and I was sorted out my date for delivery is 14th of January all done and I am now just waiting for it

The member of staff was knowledgeable and did not push. We used the mattress finder and this gave the recommended mattress. We weren’t pushed to but anything and the option we had were explained and the benefits of any extras we needed where clearly and concisely walked through.

I felt that tge assistant had plenty of time for us and we were not rushed

I told the assistant what I was looking for and he actually listened...He sorted out what was best for my needs and then sorted out the paper work and delivery very quickly without any fuss...Would certainly use again...Thank you for a great service.

Stacey went above as beyond to ensure the bed and mattress I chose was correct. Both Stacey and her colleague made myself and parents feel welcome from the moment we walked into the shop. Thank you.

Excellent friendly, efficient and knowledgeable assistant. Plenty of product choice, fast ordering. A lovely set out shop in Burnley with helpful assistants and no pressure.
