Not received items yet so can't say Highly Satisfied

The mattress we wanted was available to view and then the mattresses seemed very expensive- nearly as expensive as the bed itself. Also the delivery date is over 2 weeks ago

I feel there were not a huge amount of ‘bargains’ in store- our bed had broken quite suddenly so we hadn’t planned on a big outlay. But nevertheless I do feel we are buying something of better quality than I could get for example from Argos. Your staff were very pleasant.

Overall I am satisfied with the service received and have purchased a product that I wanted. However, I visited the store as I prefer to look at things physically not just on pictures but the store is quite small and doesn't stock children's / bunk beds. The sales assistant was very good and helpful and looking on the big screen in store was marginally better than internet shopping at home but I would still rather take a tangible look at any large purchase. For this reason I won't be comfortable with my purchase until delivered and I've had a chance to check the quality.

Felt a little over pestered by shop assistants. Not given enough free time to just browse. Yes they were very helpful and informative and cannot fault them with everything else.

My order was placed in store at Burnley and I have absolutely NO issues with them at all, I couldn’t fault them, however leaving them store is where it all went wrong! I was quoted 7 days for my bed to be delivered, day before it was supposed to be delivered (even after being given a time slot) it was cancelled and had to wait a further 5 days for delivery, then the night before it was actually being delivered I was told there were problems in the warehouse and therefor I couldn’t actually get the mattress id paid for (ordered raspberry Was told I was getting Ora bff e and then got blueberry - apparently only the piping is different?!) Poor delivery service
