Staff were super helpful, informative but didn’t mither me which I appreciate. Any questions were answered straight away and they were helpful with mattress choice and delivery options

The sales rep were happy to help us identify our needs. She was very supportive and informative which helped in our decision making.

My requests were quite specific but the assistant listened carefully and was able to offer me 3 alternatives. He was knowledgeable about the stock in store. He was obliging and was able to answer all my queries very satisfactorily.

Greeted by advisor straight away who carried out the assessment to find out the mattress we required. He then pointed out the ones we needed to try & the difference between them. We weren't pushed to buy the most expensive. The order was placed professionally. Whilst this was taking place another advisor was spraying all the beds we'd tried.

Felt free to look round and try the beds for comfort and suitability, advice was on hand when I needed it
