Courteous and professional service by the team from entry up until purchase. A friendly and knowledgeable collection of staff who weren't pushy but were on hand to guide and support us with our requirements.

Very friendly service. Not at all pushy, no sales pressure. Items in on-line offers were available to see in the store. Some 'sale' offers look phony but overall value seems good.

I went to a few shops to compare prices but I returned to Dreams because of the service of the staff, their knowledge and friendliness I was very indecisive and the sales staff gave me time to consider my options They told me what I needed to know and gave advice but there was no pressure They stayed at a distance where I knew where they were and could ask questions - which made a refreshing change when shopping I didn't buy on my first visit but I knew I would return to Dreams because of the staff And I did As soon as I walked through the door, the 2 guys who had helped me smiled I said "You knew I was coming back didn't you?" So I just had to make a decision The guys went through my options and re-iterated their advice but said the decision was mine Which they left me to do without any pressure - what a refreshing change to be able to make a decision without a salesperson breathing down your neck! I'm really happy with my purchase - and the service 😊👍

Very satisfied with service

We visited the Burnley store and were greeted by Liam; he was very pleasant, asked what we were after, gave advice on which mattresses to start with based on what we currently have. We were then offered a tea/coffee and then left to browse until ready.

Customer service was excellent although maybe you can get too much attention!
