Plenty of choice and a variation of price brackets. I have never heard of the make of bed we chose, but it was comfy and suited our needs. Time will tell how long it lasts, but I took out the extended warranty just in case. I think including the warranty price in the cost of the mattress would be a good idea, as there is nothing worse than once having chosen it you are then confronted with another cost. Most mattresses I have been looking at have a 10 year warranty and the cost of it is probably built in.

though i ordered over the phone i had occasion to visit the store and found the staff helpful and polite i was quoted up to six weeks bu the mattress was delivered in 2 weeks very happy about that , all in all a very nice experience

I found the salesman to be very pleasant, knowledgeable and his manner was that it was important that we were buying a product that suited us and it was less important that he got the sale. I was also pleased to be assured the product would be delivered to the room where it was wanted and assembled for us.

Ashley was polite helpful patient and knowledgeable, and was happy to answer my array of questions. She completed the transaction efficiently and was happy to accommodate my specific delivery requirements.

I have dealt with dreams over a number of years I got my last bed at dreams 8 years ago and have been highly satisfied and would be really pleased to deal with them again

Visited store in Burnley as have been considering a new mattress and store was conveniently placed when visiting another store nearby. Was served by very pleasant and helpful Tris, who made me feel he wanted my custom without being too pushy. I was given time to try various mattresses, and had discussion about my requirements. I left the store without making an order, but returned after a few days to review my choice an place an order.

We were welcomed to the store and offered a tea or coffee. The staff were very friendly and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. We were taken to the product best matched to our needs. The staff members knowledge of the product was very good and we were then left alone to a few minutes to try it out and chat. The staff member then came back to check on us and answered a few more questions we had. We weren't able to place our order that day, but we returned 2 days later. Again, great welcome. Very satisfied with our Dreams experience.
