I visited the store yesterday and was well looked after by Chloe. She gave me all the information that I needed in order for me to make my choice. Both her and her manager went out of the way to map my bedroom space out on the floor in order to consider sizings. She gave me the opportunity to go home and measure up before I returned today to make my purchase.

everything was explained clearly and in a friendly manner and all my needs were met with no problems.

Assistant was most informed about the products. |The assistant was able to let us try a number of options whilst giving us plenty of tme to decide which mattress was best for our requirement. Price was competitive and the delivery schedule met our expectation.

Had the exact product I wanted, cheaper than competitors, ready to take away instantly. Staff listened to what I need and offered perfect products.

Our experience of shopping at Dreams was excellent. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and offered a coffee. Your Dreams assistance Ashley was well very knowledgeable and friendly, attending to our every needs with out being to pressuring and even though we wanted a mattress, it was her manner in dealing with us was a telling factor in us purchasing our mattress from Dreams. The service was excellent the member of Staff Ashley was very knowledgeable on the products and gave us some great advice on first entering the store, she helped us greatly in selecting our bed but ensured we had some time on our own to try the products out. We we were offered a drink and made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, we alos did not feel pressurised or rushed in to making a decision.

The staff who served us were very friendly, offering us a drink and up for a chat. Dealt with our request quickly and effectively.

Liam, the salesperson, took time to listen to why we wanted a new mattress, the specific pain issues we were trying to address, and the budget we had set ourselves. He explained all of our different options, including higher priced ones, and what benefits they would give, and then allowed us plenty of time to try out different beds, and even brought us better pillows to carry around in the shop as we tried out beds. We weren't pressured to buy anything, and he was always available when we had specific questions. He was attentive, but not pushy. It was such a pleasurable experience that we didn't even bother going to the other shops that we had planned to visit. When it came time to purchase he explained the finance options available, and the 30 night comfort exchange guarantee. When we were unsure about the payment for collection of our old mattress he was able to offer a small discount and explain why their service was better than the Council's. He even offered a discount on a new fitted sheet as we realised the depth of the mattress was much greater than our old one. It was a top class service from beginning to end.
