We went to the one in Burnley and Was welcomed as soon as we walked into dreams, Chloe was friendly and took into consideration what are prize range was and got us the best mattress within that range. We was asked twice if we wanted a drink which I didn’t expect to be asked so that made it feel more welcoming. Very happy with the service and can’t wait for the mattress to arrive :)

The colour coding of mattress firmness was so easy when testing the mattresses. Much easier than having to read the blurb on each bed. The assistants were fantastic with helping us choose our bed and mattress. After asking us our requirements they then proceeded to help us select the product without being intrusive or pushy. Very helpful throughout the sale and after sale.

We were helped by Liam both times we visited Dreams in Burnley, he was very helpful but also left us to consider our options and try out the mattresses. There was no push to sell, which I appreciated and he was able to answer all of our questions in detail

Chloe who served us was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. We were told to take as long as we wanted and try whichever bed we liked and to take our time choosing. Overall a very pleasant experience.
