Both members of staff appeared very knowledgeable about the products we discussed. They were not pushy for us to consider other more expensive items. They explained any offers, guarantees and extra cover fully but did not pressure us into anything. We were made to feel welcome and relaxed enough to browse but ask for advice and assistance when we needed it.

I visited our local Dreams Branch and selected my purchase, after consulting with a member of staff first. He was very helpful and advised me on available options. Very happy with purchase, which is now in use. Would highly recommend both the product, and the store.

Set off to the burnley branch for look , with the intention of finding on line cheaper. Once inside we were met by Tris and chloe. Tris had a fantastic knowledge of all the beds and answered all my questions without missing a beat and i asked him alot . I was still planning to leave without buying. The person managing the store was very helpful and attentive, he knew about the products and explained the difference between mattresses simply. He gave me time to look around and try out the beds undisturbed. When I placed my order he was efficient and explained the process clearly. The delivery time was not long and they will take away my old mattress. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

We are very satisfied their service and explain us clear and we feel relaxed and comfortable. The price seem good as ex display and clearance and we bought but slighted disappointing than not delivered or set the bed up but they give me stuff which we not complain. They respect and understand us

The advice & asssistance was prompt more relevant to the items being purchased. Their product knowledge was good . They give sufficient time . The loan application did delay their closing time of shop. But they were calm and were patient in completing the sale of relevant items .
