Liam was very friendly and helpful, had a cup of tea and let me try the beds at my own speed. Even helped when I needed to change my mattress when I ordered what I felt was the wrong one.

Staff were extremely helpful and patient

Soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed by a member of staff. Very friendly. Only thing I would have a Negative about is the time slots having to pay for certain time if needed really.

Chloe and her colleague (I didn’t get his name) we’re both friendly, professional and efficient. They offered us refreshments and their time on both occasions we visited. They allowed us to try a variety of beds, pillows and explained the different things the mattresses and beds could offer us to meet our needs.

Chloe the assistant was very patient in explaining all of the different options we had i.e. type of mattress, type of base, type of headboard etc.

Very helpful staff member, didn’t push to make a sale, was very helpful in finding a matteress that met our overall needs. Found what we were looking for and made our purchase.
