I could not have been happier with the service I received whilst looking for my mattress. The lady who assisted us introduced herself early and explained the layout and ‘labelling’ within the store. She provided us with pillows, encouraged to really try each mattress and gave us time to do this ourselves. She continuously checked in to listen to our opinions and provide knowledgable advice. In the end she led us to our perfect mattress and completed the sale easily for us. Very pleased with her service and will highly recommend.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and Clare spent time going through everything with me and nothing was too much trouble, even though I was indecisive and kept changing my mind on certain things.

After wandering round the shop for a couple of minutes, we were approached by an assistant who asked if he could be of any help. My husband explained his problem and the assistant showed us beds which he thought would be ok for him, encouraging him to try the beds and telling him to lie on them in the position he sleeps. He was very helpful in explaining the difference between the beds and the terms under which the beds were sold such as trial period, costs involved, delivery. He even made us a cup of tea, and a good one at that. Altogether as pleasant an experience as shopping could be for two shopping haters.

Chloe was helpful from start to finish and couldn’t have done more in trying to meet the needs and wants of our very specific requirements without any hinderance and was so helpful in explaining everything. Her knowledge was great and made our whole buying experience an absolute pleasure.
