Sales assistant very helpful listened to what we were looking for, showed us items to suit criteria then left us to it to give us time without feeling under pressure to buy, unlike our experience at a neighbouring company the same day. Very reasonable price, quick delivery (especially like the Saturday delivery option for the small cost) Very friendly with our children too. All round a simple, convenient, no fuss visit. Will be returning in the future.

I have previously ordered a bed from Dreams which was excellent quality and the reason I returned to the store to buy another bed for my spare room. I liked the choise of beds on offer and the fact that we were able to browse at leisure and try out the beds and the assistant was on hand to answer my queries. The sales assistant, Tris, was very helpful and he was proficient in answering my questions and was able to tell me about the availability of similar beds (ie I wanted one type of bed and a different headboard etc.) He was very knowledgeable and not at allpushy and I felt relaxed enough to carry on browsing. I ordered a bed but when I got home I realised the king size one I had ordered was in fact not a suitable size for my spare room so I rang him back the next day and he was very understanding and changed my order to a double and with the same mattress I wanted and with a headboard. I was very plerased with the service I received and the sales assistants professionalism and helpful manner.
