The two members of staff at the Burnley store were exceptional. They were professional, knowledgable, friendly and keen to help. They knew when to approach us and offer advice and when to give us space. It's lovely to recieve this kind of service.

I visited the store and selected the bed I wanted, with the help of Liam, He gave me all the information and his advise helped me decide which was right for me. I placed my order the day after over the phone again with Liam. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my choise and I am looking forward to my bed arriving.

I liked the way the assistant approached us to ask if we wanted help, not feel like they were ramming help down our throats like some places. I liked the colour coding on the beds due to firmness. I liked the knowledge of the assistant when I kept asking extra questions. I was surprised to see so many options of beds to try as the shop looks quite small from the front. All in all I liked the ease and friendliness. I didn't feel awkward trying lots of beds and was even offered a cuppa. When we decided to proceed, it didn't take long and the guy was really friendly. Very impressed all round.

The assistant was very friendly when we entered the store. We told him what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. He showed us the products, offered us a coffee and when decided on the mattress we wanted he was very efficient and quick with the sale. Excellent.

Dreams Burnley is in a highly competitive position having both prestige beds and Bensons for beds within easy walking distance, having looked at all three we returned to Dreams partly due to the product but also because of Liam the salesman who served us, he made the others stores look less knowledgeable.

The help from the sales person was great. He was knowledgeable friendly and helpful giving us plenty of space to make our decision without a whisker of pushiness.

They were helpful and listened to my needs. Then after showing me suitable mattresses, he allowed me time and space to choose. There was no pressure but he was always available for questions and information.
