The Shop Assistant was so welcoming, not pushy, knowledgeable about the products. Even made a cup of tea.

Everything down to the last detail was perfect using the sleep match machine as well was a brilliant experience, after looking at a few places before coming to dreams and feeling very unhappy with everything we had seen, to come in to dreams was like a breath of fresh air at the burnley store, we didn't expect to come in and purchase anything that day but after trying everything out and how professional and friendly the staff were we would highly recommend and definitely come back when the time needs to be for getting other bed related products.
