From the moment we went i8nside, all the wonderful staff were so polite, helpful, knowledgeable, approachable and professional....what a great team you have at the Burnley store....especially Liam.....we came out feeling we have chosen the perfect bed for us, thrilled to bits, especially after experiencing the wonderful simulator....delivery within a week too, brilliant

The staff at dreams in Burnley were fantastic they were professional and polite . During are time doing the paper work they offered us a drink and gave are daughter colouring pencils and paper to keep her busy while we signed paper work . It was a great experience for are selves and would recommend to friends and family to go . And we were not pressured into buying anything

We arrived knowing what we wanted after having done previous research. The assistant (Liam?) was polite and did not push us to look at more expensive alternatives although we were made aware of them. We were allowed to "test" the products which helped us confirm our decision. His advice on the additional items which we would have probably bought elsewhere was also secure and informed and were not made to feel an obligation to buy the additionals, but were happy to.
