I was highly satisfied with the service and found the sleepmatch machine very informative. Stacey even made me a brew whilst I was deciding which mattress to choose. I absolutely love my bed and Mattress, will definitely be returning to Dreams. Thank you!

We were greeted by Chloe and her colleague, who offered us tea or coffee. Chloe was very knowledgable about the products and very efficient. She wasn’t pushy and let us try the mattresses, explaining the filling on each one.

Very helpful, polite and informative without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. To be honest is was how we were treated that sealed the deal. We had previously been in another retailers and had been constantly hassled and followed around, which we found very annoying.

The assistant was readily available & explained everything to us allowed to look round the store & then assisted us to make our choice but without pressure

It's a fine line between being pushy and being extremely helpful and pleasant ,both your staff at the Burnley branch were helpful and pleasant.Also it was a very hot day and we were given bottles of chilled water!.
