Staff very friendly and helpful couldn't have asked for more. Even got a cup of tea and a 5 minute snooze on the machine (very weird)..

Staff attended to, and answered our enquiries ,showing and explaining the various facts about the different mattress's available ,they spent time with us even offering us a coffee, we never felt we were being pressured or were being a nuisance with our questions. Our lovely bed is being delivered tomorrow, and we look forward to a good nights sleep. I wish all assistants in stores were as patient and friendly as those at Dreams, Burnley. Mrs Wendy Gillan

Knowledge and friendliness of staff

Great customer service - readily available but also left us to browse independently. Didn't try to just sell us the most expensive bed you had, but instead looked for one that fitted our needs

Liam &Tris were very helpful. Not pushy. Gave great information. Made it easy to choose our mattress. Very happy
