Stacy at the Burnley store was a fantastic help, as she was there to advise but backed away to give us time to talk between us. She was informative , but not pushy.

I loved the sleep machine that showed us which mattress would be best for my partner and myself - this was super helpful and the way it was all explained to us was crystal clear which was such a breath of fresh air, especially in comparison to other stores. I got to choose the date I wanted my mattress delivered and it was a whopping 50% off! Love a bargain! They were also kind enough to throw in 4 new pillows and a mattress protector. Fantastic customer service and amazing value for money!

Was greeted on entering the store & was helped to identify the product that best fit my needs & the whole process was easy & stress free.

Very friendly service by Liam who made sure I had everything I needed and helped me with everything and question I possibly could have. He even made me a cup of tea while I had a complimentary mince pie! I will tell everyone about my service at dreams and especially about Liam and the team at Dreams burnley. (Christopher and Tracey were also friendly.)

The lady assistant Stacey approached us to offer help and put me on the bed which measures you as I was unsure which to look for. I was happy with the suggestion and Stacey was very helpful, polite and efficient when dealing with us.

The sales assistant was friendly and helpful without being pushy. He clearly had a sound knowledge of the different types of mattress and was able to answer all my questions.

Salesman did a great job, he was very helpful without being pushy and he answered our questions and made good suggestions of which mattress we should try.

We entered the Burnley store not knowing what type of mattress we wanted, the assistant Liam showed us the sleep system bed to try, my husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and he out us completely at ease, we then tried a few different mattresses recommended by Liam and chose one perfect for us. Liam explained the delivery process and took payment efficiently and politely.
