Liam at the Burnley store was very helpful and after quickly explaining the offers , then left us alone to browse at our own pace to make a decision re the final purchase. Upon my return the following day Liam was very professional and friendly and dealt with the purchase in a manner that he displayed the previous day.

I saw a mattress on line but I needed to find more information about the mattress, the assistant I spoke with gave me the answers I required. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and polite and it was a pleasure going into the store and being given that personal assistance.

I had no idea what sort of mattress I needed. The assistant suggested I tried the in store computerised bed and explained how this helped to access the type of mattress suitable for me and then with the results she showed me various different mattresses with no pressure to buy the most expensive or trying any selling tactics on me. She was very helpful with my questions

The gentleman who helped me was very patient and was knowledgeable of the products. He wasn’t over friendly in the sense that he followed us around the store but left me to look around and jumped in after to see how I was doing and if he could assist with anything. After a while of being fussy and looking around I found one bed frame I liked but it wasn’t a ottoman spec I wanted. The sales man had a little think and suggested he looked online to see if there was anything similar in an ottoman and he did. The price was very reasonable too. Also when it came to mattress he showed me the tempur mattress and then showed me another similar if the tempur was out of my price range.
