All very helpful and knowledgeable

The person who advised us was new to her job and was already accomplished at asking the right questions and giving sound advice about the matresses that we could choose from. This tells me two things: 1) the quality of training of staff is good, and 2) the morale of employess at Dreams in Burnley is high, It was a pleasure to shop there.

The staff were very helpful especially Amber who explained about the test bed and how it would save time by giving the exact parameters required. We were also kept informed at every stage up to delivery.

The gentlemen called Liam who helped us was friendly and really helpful. Also the staff we came into contact with in the store, we’re polite and friendly.

Tried out the mattresses and chose one based on price and quality. Buying procedure quick and easy

The staff were really friendly, not in your face, made my mum a brew and offered her a scone! I used the mattress machine to see what mattress would be right for me, not because Tris the sales assistant in the Burnley store told me to, but because I was curious and wanted to. It turned out to be super helpful, Tris showed me all the mattresses that would be best for me then left me to it as I had a bounce on them all...and I ended up finding my dream mattress.

Staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy at any point.
