I hate to be followed around a store. Young member of the staff her name was Amber. Only approached me every 7/8mins after we had tried the beds out. She even offered us bottles of water. H&S was excellent

I was helped by a gentleman but I can’t remember his name (I think he might have been a manager, he set me up on the bed measuring thingy that calculates the mattress. - I was also served by Liam murgatroyd, I’m sure he can confirm) the guy that helped me advised the type of mattress I needed was firm (based off the machine thing) but I explained to him that I never felt comfortable on a firm mattress. He took the time to talk to me about how I slept and took me around the mattresses he would recommend. The first one he recommended was perfect, he got it spot on first time, so his product knowledge is great!! He also built really good rapport and talked me through bed frame options and we also found a bed frame I loved quickly! I wanted storage so he talked me through additional draw options too. All round his service was excellent and he’s an asset to the store. Liam then helped me with payment options He also built good rapport and was so friendly and helpful. The whole process, was so easy and enjoyable. Brilliant!
