The sales assistant was extremely professional and showed a high level of knowledge to help us find the correct mattress to suit our health problems. We were given plenty of time to browse on our own and never felt pressured to make a purchase. We would certainly recommend shopping in this Dreams store

The salesman at the Burnley branch went above and beyond for us. He is a fantastic member of the dreams team. Left us to browse till we needed his help, then gave us different options. To help us choice the best option for us, absolutely no pressure then when we was ready helped us buy the most expensive bed in the shop haha and we couldn’t be happier. And this is an honest review

The staff were brilliant not pushy explained everything I needed to know, allowed me to wander around the store without pestering. Would highly recommend the Burnley store to friends and family
