The customer service provided by your lady and gentleman in your Burnley store was outstanding. The machine which tells you which bed is best for you is amazing. The first time I've ever seen anything like that.

It took a while to place the order due to barclays credit, (barclays fault not dreams) whilst there both staff members were friendly and chatty, offered me coffee and water, so yea they were great

The staff were lovely and helpful and tailored to our every need. They took the time to get to know us and gave us honest advice to help us choose the best suited bed. We were very happy with the service

It was a great experience and the staff were very kind and they listened to what I was saying. I cannot fault them at all. I only hope that when my product is delivered I will be highly satisfied again. I have osteoperosis in my bones and hope that the product I get will delivered to my home will relieve me of tossing and turning at night (bed time)

Friendly and highly trained staff, no hard selling and extremely attentive with my needs and expectations of my personal requirements. Offered a hospitality drink and felt very safe testing multiple mattresses with the covid safety measures implemented.
