Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They weren’t too pushy and gave us time alone to decide what was best for us after showing us the products. Refreshments offered frequently.

Staff were not too pushy but helped us to think about the best options to meet our needs and gave relevant information about the products. Social distance was maintained at all times and we were pleased with the additional measures that had been put in place to ensure our safety and that of the staff.

The staff member we were greeted by was very professional and immediately we felt Dreams was a top quality company.Once we’d taken a short survey on our sleeping preferences and had our body weight and sleeping position analysed,we were shown the beds that would perfectly match our needs.We had already been to three other bed showrooms but none of them were as helpful as the staff at Dreams.
