We had visited many bed retailers over the last few weeks and have experienced all types of customer service. This dreams store was different. First, Mark our salesperson greeted us very quickly and asked what we were looking for. Due to our tastes, there were few and far between (this is every place). Unlike some places, he actually felt present during our time there. We had felt a few places that the salespeople thought we were time wasters. After that, he helped us with what we wanted and explained everything thoroughly. He always kept on top of Covid-19 and even wiped down the mouse/keyboard before I used it. The other thing I must add is, compared to a rival, I never felt like I didn’t trust you.
