The salesman, Jeff, was very helpful and highly informed about the products and their respective features.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. The whole process from order to delivery was efficient with text messages keeping me up to date of delivery time. Order to delivery took 3 days which is amazing.

The mattress I wanted was in stock and available to pick up at my convenience.

I was really impressed with Jeff the store manager. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or imposing. I ended up buying an ex display item as was on a limited budget. He didn’t make me feel like a cheapskate and I think he has a real talent for customer service. I was very impressed as was my teenage son.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about and I was very pleased with the service I received.Although I wanted a cheap mattress the assistant asked me to try 2 mattresses so that i could feel the difference in them.He wasn't at all pushy and I did opt for the more expensive one and I'm pleased I did.

Because the consultant was very experienced and knowledgeable of the products when I explain exactly what we wanted, he knew what bed and mattress we should have especially as my partner suffers from back problems and pain. We also bought the pillows because he explains the reason why we should have those and because we spent so much he also threw in a mattress cover as well. So very happy customers.
