Friendly, knowledgeable staff who gave us time to wander and try the different mattresses.

StClair was a very helpful assistant in guiding us towards a mattress. He also answered all questions we had on the bed frame. Stclairs manner with us as a customer was lovely. Very impressed.

Haroon the manager was very friendly and professional he offered me drink which was needed on a cold day . He answered all my questions great product knowledge even though bed was not on display still he explained the features brilliantly.

Mr St Clair made us feel very welcome when we walked into the store. Was very knowledgeable explaining about the beds & especially the mattress. Offered us a drink while we were deciding which one to go for. Very pleased with the service.

Cassidy, who helped us through our purchase was amazing, she remembered who we were as soon as we walked back into the shop and answered all the questions asked. Placed our order super quick and was able to get the delivery date we wanted. Would highly recommend her!

Stclaire was an excellent sales person, we were informed and given options, unlike other retail store (including some of your other stores) where they just choose to show the most expensive. Stclair is an asset to your company
