Avery pleasant experience all round,very pleasant and helpful staff

Very knowledgeable staff, listened and let me have space to decide what I wanted

On arrival I was immediately greeted by St Clair and explained what I was looking for and he was immediately able to find the kind of mattress I was after, tried 2 and explained what was either side of that softness should I want to go firmer or not. Found me my bed frame instantly and show me some alternates as I wanted wood. A very friendly and helpful member staff all in all, based purely on his level of service I would happily return and point others on that direction.

From the moment we entered the store we were met by warm friendly and attentive service. The assistant knew what he was talking about and demonstrated the quality of the beds. We were given a cup of coffee whilst filling the order in on the computer. We were called that evening to confirm delivery date. Bed is being delivered shortly but so far we have had a really good experience.

From the moment we stepped inside the store we were met by a very friendly member of staff and he couldn't have been more helpful. I said what I wanted which was a mattress I saw on line and he took me straight to it. I was very pleased with the way he took my payment and arranged a delivery date, so I left the store feeling very happy.

Cassidy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when giving my wife and I advice about which mattress suited our needs, listening carefully and understanding what we were seeking. After allowing us to try various mattresses we found what we were looking for. The ottoman base was also what we required and and once again was shown how easy it was to gain access. Overall, a most friendly, welcome visit and I would not hesitate recommending the store, especially Cassidy to others.

Visited the store on Sunday afternoon. Was greeted by friendly staff, who offered assistance very quickly, and even offered us tea or coffee, a nice personal touch. After being given time to browse, we were shown from bed to bed the different products available, and what made them different, or best suited our needs. Cass, the sales assistant made the process effortless and was extremely knowledgeable. She made the process so much easier, despite us being very indecisive! We ended up leaving the store to go home and have a think about what would suit us best. After looking through all the options we had been helped to narrow down to more on the Dreams website, we made a decision and returned to store on Monday to place the order. The whole process was quick and efficient, and the overall cost with all the added extras and the quick delivery time was better than we had anticipated. Very happy shoppers, and will be recommending to others, and will definitely be returning if we require any more bed/bed related items in the future.

Great service my manager Haroon himself.. he was the only person working in store today when we arrived in store there were few people but Haroon delt with everyone in a great didn't rush us he gave us our thinking time answered all our questions .. even though he was serving a couple when we came in but he acknowledged us by saying welcome in which was great . some retailers don't give u respect but i really appreciate the way Haroon delt with us .. Great guy asset to your company .. will coming back soon to buy more beds for my sons
