St.Clair, the shop assistant in the Oxford store was very knowledgeable. Every question I asked he answered without hesitation, which made me feel that he was not given me false information. He was also very accommodating, friendly, he made me feel at ease and he did not push me into making a purchase.

Good choice lots to try to make our decision

The Store manager Jeff at Dreams in Botley, Oxford could not have been more helpful. He advised when we wanted him to, and walked away for us to make our own decisions without pressuring us. His knowledge and information allowed us to make an informed decision about the bed and mattress we eventually purchased.

Your staff member was very friendly, helpful and gave us enough time to test mattresses, never pushing us in any direction but carefully explaining differences and advantages of one over the other.

The salesman was very helpful and efficient. He was also very well mannered and offered us a drink etc.
