The assistant who served us St Clair was charming and humorous I can honestly say it is the best customer service we have had and made buying a mattress a pleasure

St Clair was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and provided incredible customer service. Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. We were welcomed immediately and offered a hot drink. He knew exactly were all the products were in the store without hesitation.

We were reallt satisfied with service we received from Jeff, Cass and St Clair. They were all really helpful and gave us the time we needed to decide on what we wanted. They went through the product we were thoroughly with us. Would definitely recommend this store and for its friendly staff.
