Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, quickly helping me locate the mattress I required and included a free duvet and pillows with my purchase.

We didnt really know what we wanted when we went into the store. Jeff wasn't pushy and was happy to walk us around until we had fully decided what we wanted and that we were happy with our decision.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We asked a lot of questions and they looked them up on the computer and they didn't get fed up or frustrated with us, they seemed happy to help. They let us look around for as long as we needed. Most importantly, and I can't stress this enough, we didn't feel pressured AT ALL to buy anything. We were perfectly comfortable and welcome in the shop.

Because of how friendly the staff member was, made us feel extremely welcome and was very patient with our uhms and ahhs to the point where we was able to laugh, joke and feel appreciated

The assistant was so patient. Until I get what I want. They give me one month peace of mind so i can swap the mattress if i am not satisfied.

St Clair George in Oxford was brilliant, made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what I was looking forward, and made it all quickly

Our dreams bed experience was a great one because of the guidance and helpfulness of your employee St Claire. He couldn't have done any more and was very knowledgeable. I only wish all companies had employees like him. He helped us to find the right mattress and the right bed, we couldn't be happier and we can't wait for it to be delivered.

We had enough assistance and help in choosing the appropriate beds and mattress for our needs. We also were given enough time to look around on our own without too much pressure from the salesmen breathing down our necks.

HAROON was very helpful and knowledgeable and spent a long time making sure our needs were met.

Great service by only man in the shop Haroon .I just popped in to buy some linen he made my day by giving me a cup of coffee and telling me about the sleep machine ..he was brilliant great product knowledge definitely coming back to buy my bed with haroon .
