We started trying beds at random. Then after some in store advice. We used your new Sleep System which gave us the best beds for us to try. After trying the beds best suited to us we purchased an ex display model that was discontinued and suited our needs perfectly.

I was highly satisfied because the customer service was really good and the store manager Jeff helped us out a lot and offered us some drinks as well as giving us high detail about what we purchased to make sure it was right for us

Jeff was extremely courteous, helpful, and imformative. The whole staff were friendly and polite.

Your staff were very knowledgeable about the products and could not have been more polite or helpful. Unusual these days, so well well done.

From the minute we walked in the store we felt valued

There was only one person serving in the store and he was exceptionally helpful. He also carried the goods to my car

Jeff the person who served us was very pleasant and friendly and helped us find the bed that we required

The assistant was great and didn’t hassle us, he knew when to come and speak to us and when to just back off and leave me and my partner too it. He never pushed the sale, which normally makes me walk away. In the end we spent £600 the most expensive of the 3 mattress we looked at.

Paulina was very understanding of our needs and directed us to try the new dreams diagnosis to see what bed we were suited for. She process the order very quickly and was very fluent in what she was doing

The store manager welcomed us into the store and took the time to really find out our needs. We did the paperwork with George St.Clair And he treated us with respect and really took his time to get everything just right. Customer service was spot on. We have yet to take delivery of our bed.
