Pauline talked us through the process of buying a mattress which was something we were unfamiliar with. She talked through the difficult jargon.

The sales person went above and beyond making us feel comfortable but not obliged to buy anything. Giving us time to make up our own minds up.

The welcome and greeting was friendly. The questions were direct. The staff member was attentive and explained the process very clearly. After the bed assessment I was shown the mattresses that matched the assessment. There was no pressure selling, no rushing to make a decision. The assistant was helpful, explained everything clearly. A very satisfactory visit.

Our assistant, Pauline, was both knowledgeable about the Dreams product range and very helpful. She was very pleasant - sometimes it's not so much what you buy but how you buy it that makes all the difference, and that's one big reason why we bought on the spot from Dreams rather than another company we visited earlier that week - even though the Dreams bed was more expensive.
