Jeff was very helpful and listened to our needs and took time to find the mattress for us.

The assistant was alone in the store in Oxford and it was difficult for him to divide his time between the various customers but he managed this very efficiently. He put me through a test to help me to decide what would be the best mattress for my needs and was all times very courteous.

The salesman was very professional and friendly listened to what I said /asked for, as I was was not too sure of the type of mattress I needed he suggested I tried the bed that measures the best type of mattress for you, he then and suggested /gave me a choice of products, although obviously there to sell a product, he was not at all pushy (if he was I would not have made a purchase), all in all a very pleasing experience, and would not hesitate to recommend on the experience I have had.

Good customer service from Haroon explaining everything we needed to know and a great idea to have the sleeping positions looked at and analysed by a Hi Tec gadget in store lay down and it gave you the answer which Mattresscwas most suitable for your needs

We had help from a store staff member who was helpful, unhurried, unpressured, knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to find a mattress my daughter was happy with and I expect will improve her sleep, and the price was reasonable.

The person who advised us - Robert (at the Oxford store) looked after us really well. We were impressed with his care and knowledge, and this helped us make an informed decision
