Took my elderly mother, first time out since lockdown. She is deaf and has limited mobility but needed a new mattress as a matter of urgency. The two staff who were working could not have been more helpful

Very helpful, patient, friendly colleague. He remembered me from a phone call a few weeks ago, had good knowledge of the range of products and was able to explain how the mattresses work to provide comfort and support. My 91 year old mother said he was ‘wonderful’.
