Excellent service from store staff: st Clair. He welcomed us, cared for our well being in the store to ensure we maintained social distance. His knowledge of products bought was very good and he was able advise r3garding each item we bought. Overall an excellent experience

Myself and my partner needed a new mattress for our first home, we were able to come into dreams and have the support and advice as soon as we walked through the door. Jeff the manager was very informative and helpful and advised us to do the dreams bed test where we could lay down in our sleeping positions and the computer would work out which mattress suited our body types and positions etc. We were satisfied that the advice was to get a medium mattress to suit both of our sleep so Jeff kindly pointed out the mattresses in colour code as to what ones would be best suited for us. the only criticism would be that Jeff didn't ask for our budget straight away so we were show some way out of our league (us being fist time buyers we needed something that was excellent quality but was not going to cost an arm and leg). So if the budget was asked we probably could have got round to ones in our range a little quicker but we didn't want to be rude so did try a few of the more luxury ones!, we eventually got on the subject of cost saying our budget was £300 so Jeff kindly showed us the clearance sale which had a mattress down from £700 to £275! within budget and super comfy so very happy.
