We were very happy to see the same assistant who had sold us a previous mattress. His attention to Covid 19 measures was very good - he made us feel welcome and we felt fully able to try what we needed despite Covid. He cleaned down the mattresses and pillows each time we tried something. His calm and friendly manner are an asset to the store. Thanks

From the moment we went in to the store, you could see the effort put in by the staff to provide social distancing and hand sanitizing station was well stocked. Very friendly staff all round. We were looked after by Jeff the store manager. He was friendly and respectful at the same time. Extremely knowledgeable about all the products we looked at in the store.
