The gentleman in Oxford was called St Clair. He explained the procedure regarding cleaning the mattresses due to covid and advised why he couldn’t offer a hot drink, but did offer a bottle of water. He explained how the Sleepmatch worked and then showed me the results on the screen, all whilst social distancing

Friendly staff, engaging as soon as we entered the store. Very knowledgeable and helpful but so gave us our space to deliberate our options. The area was very clean, beds sanitised and only a certain amount of people were allowed inside. We tried the mattress selection tool which was fun and interesting. The person who assisted us was great at helping us narrow down what we wanted.
